In the glass, it opens with high-toned aromas of white peach, grapefruit zest, flint, and subtle toasted brioche. On the palate, a laser-focused core of pristine white stone fruit is propelled by a vibrant beam of cool-climate acidity and a finely woven, textured minerality, leading to a long, precise, and complex finish that ages effortlessly.
