Refund and Returns

The Stunned Mullet Wine will happily exchange any incorrect or damaged item(s) upon notification within 10 days of receiving goods. We will gladly offer a refund for items we are unable to replace.

Please note that we we are not able to guarantee that all cork tainted wines can be replaced. At the moment, cork producers will not reimburse winemakers for these problems and most winemakers we work with will not reimburse us. There are however instances where they do and in those instances we will be happy to replace corked wine.

In all cases please ensure you notify us within 10 days of receiving the goods via email to  lou@thestunnedmullet.com.au
