One of Alsace’s undisputed classic white wines, named in honour of Frédéric Émile Trimbach, who brought the estate to international renown in the late 19th century. Sourced exclusively from the steep, south- and south-east-facing Grand Cru vineyards of Geisberg and Osterberg in Ribeauvillé, this iconic wine benefits from thin, marl-limestone-sandstone soils and 45-year-old vines. The nose is breathtakingly complex and mineral-driven, opening with lifted aromas of crisp green apple, white peach, and lemon zest, seamlessly integrated with notes of white petrol, crushed flint, lime blossom, and a touch of wet slate.

On the palate, it is a masterclass in dry, high-tensile power and laser-like precision. A dense, broad core of citrus oil and orchard stone fruit is propelled by a piercing beam of vibrant, cool-climate acidity and a mouthwatering saline minerality.
