Sourced from the historic, south-facing hill of Chaume—traditionally reserved for grand sweet wines—this cuvée is crafted dry, emphasizing site expression through low-intervention winemaking. The nose is spectacularly complex, opening with aromas of crisp quince, yellow apple, and white peach, layered alongside crushed flint, chamomile, and a distinct smoky minerality.
