Samuel Billaud Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons Vieilles Vignes 2021

Smells a little riper than the Vaulorent, with spicy pears and a hint of oak spice. Spicy on the palate, too. Fresh, lightly chewy and stony on the finish. Direct and fresh, tight and long. Seems to have a little more intensity than the other Billaud-Simon premiers crus in 2018.
