Sourced from cool-climate, high-altitude Pinot Noir vines in the Côte de Beaune, this cuvée is produced via gentle direct pressing and fermented using native yeasts in neutral oak barrels and stainless steel to maintain maximum freshness and purity. Translucent and shimmering pale pink in the glass, it opens with bright, high-toned aromas of wild strawberries, fresh redcurrants, rose petals, citrus peel, and a subtle flinty minerality.
