Sourced from choice village-level parcels near the Premier Crus, this 100% Chardonnay is fermented with wild yeasts and aged with minimal intervention in larger 350L oak barrels to preserve its pure mineral identity. In the glass, it radiates a pale straw hue, offering high-toned aromas of white peach, citrus blossoms, lemon peel, crushed limestone, and PYCM’s signature waft of flinty, struck-match reduction. On the palate, it exhibits weightless intensity—framing bright, crunchy orchard fruit with a piercing, mouthwatering acidity and a dense, chalky, saline-laced finish that lingers with incredible poise and elegance.
