Mewstone Pinot Noir Hope 2021

Producer notes: The 2021 Hope pinot noir is made from grapes selectively picked from the bottom block (84%) and the hill abel block (16%). Whole bunches totalling 27% came from 777 and 115 clone vines. These were fermented in our small milk vat with minimal pump overs for 18 days. This was pressed to a one year old hogshead (boutes) and aged on lees for 10 months before being racked to bottle unfined and unfiltered. 276 bottles produced
