Maison des Ardoisieres Silice Rouge 2022

Domaine des Ardoisières 'Silice Rouge' is a vibrant, low-intervention alpine red from the rugged slate terraces of Savoie, crafted biodynamically by Brice Omont. Made from 100% Mondeuse—a native variety famed for its aromatic punch and peppery spine—this wine is vinified with native yeasts and aged in neutral tanks to preserve its raw mountain energy. On the palate, it is light-to-medium-bodied yet intensely aromatic, bursting with crunchy red cranberries, dark wild berries, cracked black pepper, and crushed slate minerality.
