Domaine des Ardoisières 'Silice Blanc' is a pristine, mountain-grown white wine from the rugged slopes of the Savoie in the French Alps, crafted by visionary winemaker Brice Omont. Made from 100% Jacquère grown on steep, schistose-slate terraces (ardoisières), this biodynamic cuvée is vinified naturally in stainless steel to retain its razor-sharp purity. Electric and deeply refreshing, it delivers a vibrant palate of green apple, citrus peel, white flowers, and an unmistakable, laser-like mineral drive reminiscent of crushed rock.
