Critic tasting note: (2023 vintage) "This is perhaps the finest Florita I can recall. Notes of lime cordial are assuaged by a grind of white pepper, nashi and Granny Smith granita, a lilt of wild fennel and a spurt of gin and tonic with a squeeze of lemon across the endless finish. A Clare Valley thoroughbred built for patience and a dark cellar. Drinkable now, but best after 2028. Screw cap." - James Suckling
