Hughes & Hughes Chardonnay Lees-Aged 2023

Producer notes: Fruit from a single vineyard in the Coal River Valley, Clarence House. Harvested on April 2nd at 12.7 baume. Whole bunch pressed directly to barrel where it was naturally fermented and matured (30% new oak). It underwent partial malolactic fermentation while lees ageing for ten months. Bottled unfined and filtered.
