Dominica Estate Chardonnay 2025 - Six Pack

Made by Peter Graham, who spent over a decade as assistant winemaker at Giaconda — Australia's Chardonnay benchmark. His own label, grown on a remote granite ridge above Beechworth, is built on the same philosophy: precision, restraint, and a real sense of place.

Hand-picked by block and clone, fermented with minimal new oak and only partial malolactic, the 2025 is tightly wound and flinty, bright citrus and white stone fruit, fine pithy grip, long dry finish. Closer to Chablis than the rich, buttery Chardonnay style.

Just 1,500 cases made across the whole Domenica range. Serious wine, sensible price.
