Comando G 'La Bruja' Garnacha (formerly La Bruja de Rozas) is the captivating introduction to the high-altitude, ethereal world of Comando G and the granite soils of the Sierra de Gredos. Sourced from organically and biodynamically farmed old-vine Garnacha plots around the village of Las Rozas de Puerto Real at 850+ metres elevation, this village-level cuvée is crafted with whole clusters, native yeasts, and gentle extraction before ageing in neutral oak foudres and concrete tanks. Translucent and vibrant in the glass, it opens with high-toned aromas of wild strawberries, cranberries, crushed dried herbs, orange peel, and white pepper. Weightless and lifted on the palate, 'La Bruja' balances bright, crunchy red fruit with fine, granite-driven minerality and supple tannins, delivering an extraordinarily charming, food-friendly, and pure expression of Gredos Garnacha.
