Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône Rouge is an absolute cult legend of the Southern Rhône, crafted by the enigmatic Emmanuel Reynaud—the winemaking genius behind the iconic Château de Rayas. Sourced entirely from the estate's sustainably farmed vineyards in Vacqueyras and Sarrians, this wine completely shatters ordinary regional expectations. It is a unique, Grenache-dominant blend (traditionally rounded out with small splashes of Cinsault and Syrah) that undergoes an incredibly patient, old-school vinification. The fruit is fermented with native yeasts and aged for a remarkably extended period in ancient, neutral oak demi-muids and large foudres.
