Pooley Riesling 'Cooinda Vale' is a iconic, single-vineyard expression of cool-climate Tasmanian Riesling, sourced from the family's cooler, south-facing site in the Campania region of the Coal River Valley. Known for producing Rieslings of ethereal delicacy and intense mineral drive, the vineyard's lower temperatures allow for extended ripening and exceptional aromatic preservation. Crafted by winemaker Anna Pooley, the wine opens with lifted, pristine aromas of lime blossom, orange peel, white peach, crushed chalk, and wet river stone.
