Le Clos du Caillou Châteauneuf-du-Pape 'Les Quartz' is a flagship cuvée from one of the Southern Rhône’s most celebrated biodynamic estates, renowned for its exceptional balance and aromatic depth. Sourced primarily from old-vine Grenache (complemented by Syrah) planted on a unique plot littered with rolled river stones (galets roulés) and deep quartz-rich sand, the wine marries intense power with remarkably silky finesse. Vinified with native yeasts and aged in concrete vats and demi-muids, 'Les Quartz' delivers an explosive bouquet of ripe dark berries, garrigue, crushed stone minerality, and sweet spices, framed by elegant, fine-grained tannins that ensure impressive longevity in the cellar.
