A deliciously vibrant, low-intervention red crafted by Maxime-François Laurent, son of natural wine pioneer Michèle Aubèry-Laurent of Domaine Gramenon. Meaning "It's Thirsty Work" (or "I'm Thirsty"), this cuvée lives up to its name as the ultimate vin de soif—an ultra-glou-glou, highly drinkable Southern Rhône red made predominantly from Grenache alongside a splash of Syrah.

Grown organically and biodynamically on clay-limestone soils in Montbrison-sur-Lez, the fruit is fermented naturally with native yeasts, undergoing gentle whole-cluster semi-carbonic maceration before aging in concrete vats with zero added sulfur. The result is a energetic, bright-ruby wine bursting with crunchy red berries, wild strawberries, crushed violets, and a pinch of white pepper.
