Positioned atop deep red volcanic soil, this cool, breezy vineyard produces fruit defined by vibrant acidity, intricate structure, and remarkable aromatic depth. Crafted with minimal intervention using native yeast fermentation and gentle oak maturation, the wine opens with lifted notes of wild raspberries, sour cherry, forest floor, and crushed dried herbs, accompanied by a touch of whole-bunch spice.
