From Australia's chilliest wine region and one of its coolest cat winemakers, Pete Dredge, it's like a strawberry smash with a sprinkle of ground pepper and a sprig of lavender for garnish. There's an orange peel tang to the al dente palate. A chiseled, skinsy tannin structure feels almost playful alongside the succulent, silky fruit and cocktail bitters vibe, which lingers well past swallowing." - 95/100, Wine Enthusiast
