In the glass, it opens with high-toned aromas of white peach, lemon curd, acacia flower, crushed limestone, and PYCM’s signature waft of flinty, struck-match reduction. The palate is commanding yet finely sculpted—layering rich, concentrated orchard fruit around a tense mineral spine, framed by laser-sharp acidity, weightless texture, and an extraordinarily long, saline-laced finish built to age for over a decade.
