Speri Amarone della Valpolicella Classico ‘Vigna Monte Sant’Urbano’ is an undisputed masterpiece of Veronese winemaking, crafted entirely from certified organic grapes grown on the prestigious Monte Sant’Urbano hill. Sourced from limestone-and-volcanic soils at 300 meters above sea level, this single-vineyard Amarone relies on the traditional appassimento technique—air-drying choice bunches of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella for around 100 days to concentrate sugars, flavors, and aromatics. The nose is spectacularly rich and complex, unfolding with lavish aromas of dried black cherries, dark plum preserve, and raisins, woven alongside notes of dark chocolate, sweet tobacco, espresso bean, and exotic spice.

On the palate, it exhibits formidable depth and velvety opulence paired with remarkable balance and freshness.
