The lightness, the power of the dancing palate, the incredible density of fruit, the brightness of acid, and it is just a baby. The vitality of Kabinett-class riesling is always a winning point for me, but in this case, the electricity is off the charts. Apricots roll across the palate like a cloud before a stony minerality kicks in on the finish. Sophisticated and complex, yet refreshingly it is almost gulpable.
