Producer notes: I love Langhorne Creek Cabernet. There's a clarity of varietal expression combined with a rounded texture which makes it as natural as an old friend. The 2021 vintage is a beauty. The gentle growing season suited the Cabernet very well and produced a wine with bell clear fruit. Serve it in a big tulip shaped glass so you can appreciate the aroma as fully as possible. There's an impressive depth of flavour and a long clean finish with firm tannins. Enjoy at any time from now until 2035
