Bottles were filled without filtration, fining or sparging (the removal of naturally occurring oxygen \u0026amp; C02) and all transfer’s were completed via gravity prior to bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis can be enjoyed now or cellared for as long as your taste desires.
